Pain reduction
I have been taking Zuo for nearly a month, and whilst my knees have still been quite painful, I have noticed that it takes longer for the discomfort to resurface. Sometimes, I feel pain when I walk quickly up the stairs, and I occasionally hear a clicking sound when bending or straightening my foot. However, after consistent use at home, I've realised that the pain has considerably lessened.
